In the current scenario, managers are increasingly discovering that they have to work in partnership with their team members – collaboration, rather than bossing is the order of the day. Often it is not the technical knowhow but the behavioural aspects of an individual that block their growth and hamper the organisation’s progress. Often times an individual behaves in a certain manner without realising the impact it has on others. Therefore both realisation and behavioural training are important for the growth of the individual and the organisation.

Supervisory Training for Action & Results (STAR)

Supervisory Training for Action & Result (STAR) has been designed to improve the culture through positive discipline and inspirational leadership patterns at the grass root level. It aims to tackle OE attrition due to relationship issues thus, focusing on the bottom of the pyramid. The objective of this program is to inculcate supervisory skills in new team leaders and supervisors. It is also aimed at making team leaders and supervisors sensitive towards human skills and positive discipline for better team bonding and conflict management.
