Behavioural Skills Training
In the current scenario, managers are increasingly discovering that they have to work in partnership with their team members – collaboration, rather than bossing is the order of the day. Often it is not the technical knowhow but the behavioural aspects of an individual that block their growth and hamper the organisation’s progress. Often times an individual behaves in a certain manner without realising the impact it has on others. Therefore both realisation and behavioural training are important for the growth of the individual and the organisation.
Some areas that need focus include assertiveness, handling conflicts, creating win-win situations, flexibility and team work. These are addressed by Anand U through its various Behavioural Skills Training programs.

Communication is the backbone of every organization and prerequisite for relationship management. The ability and the importance of communication become much more crucial when one is on a mission or need to fulfil a goal.

Emotional Intelligence for Leadership Excellence (EILE)
Daniel Goleman’s research analysis on 181 jobs in 121 organizations found that emotional competencies were the best differentiators between Star Performers and Typical Performers; and that emotional intelligence is much more important for success in careers and academic intelligence comes at the second place. An emotionally intelligent person behaves in a matured way at workplace; hence, practices and propagates great camaraderie amongst fellow team members. He is a much sought after person who achieves pinnacles of success in professional life and enjoys his personal relationship.
Thus, "EILE" has been designed to improve the overall organizational culture through individuals.
